Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-05-16
This page describes which personal data is collected on infrangible-studio.com and how it is processed, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller
- INFRANGIBLE STUDIO
- 5 Place Maréchal Foch, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France
- Email: contact@infrangible.studio
2. Data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- your name,
- your email address,
- the content of your message.
This site sets no cookies. No analytics, audience measurement or advertising tool is used. The fonts (Oswald, Ubuntu, Ubuntu Mono) are self-hosted on our server: no data is transmitted to any third-party service (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, etc.).
3. How we use your data
Data submitted through the contact form is forwarded to our team via email using Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), a US-based company, and is not stored on our servers. No contact form data is retained by Resend after the email is sent. Resend acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. See Resend's privacy policy.
Once the email reaches our inbox (Infomaniak, EU-hosted), your email address and message content are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived per our accounting and legal obligations.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Processing your data is necessary to respond to your contact request, which constitutes a legitimate interest of our company.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties beyond what is described above.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. On each visit, Cloudflare keeps technical HTTP logs containing the IP address, user-agent (browser, OS), timestamp, requested URL and referrer. These logs are used for security (DDoS protection, bot filtering) and technical diagnostics. Cloudflare retains these HTTP logs for about 24 hours by default on Free and Pro plans. No audience analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics or other) is enabled. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the site's security and availability (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Anti-spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from real users. Turnstile may collect technical data (IP address, user-agent, browser environment signals) sent to Cloudflare for analysis. No tracking cookies are used by Turnstile in managed mode. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) are US-based companies. Traffic transits through the Cloudflare datacenter closest to the visitor (in France, mostly Paris or Marseille). Both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as an additional safeguard, in line with GDPR Articles 46 and 47.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights over your data:
- access to the personal data we hold about you,
- rectification or deletion of your data,
- restriction of or objection to the processing,
- data portability,
- lodging a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
To exercise these rights, write to contact@infrangible.studio. We will respond within one month.
8. Updates
